Description: "Thrive in Schools" is a comprehensive online learning program designed for educators to enhance their understanding and skills in promoting school mental health across all levels of need. Organized into three tiers, the program provides practical strategies, legal issues, and wellness approaches to foster safe and supportive learning environments. Tier 1 modules focus on foundational knowledge in suicide prevention and trauma mitigation. Tier 2 dives deeper into legal issues, restorative practices, and building a system of wellness support. Tier 3 emphasizes inclusivity, educator well-being, and resilience, equipping participants to support diverse needs within their school communities.
$210 per person.

Time to complete: 217 days (31 per module)
Attention: Educators who are not in the state of Iowa, or who don’t renew their licensure through the Iowa BoEE, should check with their governing body if this experience would be approved for a renewal credit.
